The southern heel of Italy is a place of sun-warmed stone, ancient olive groves, and the kind of meals that turn strangers into family. I’ve had the joy of exploring this region many times—each visit deepening my love for its flavors, its people, and its unhurried way of life.
Over the years, I’ve led countless Foodie Retreats to Puglia. Together with guests from all over the world, we’ve wandered through local markets, sipped regional wines under pergolas, learned the secrets of handmade pasta, and shared long, laughter-filled meals that stretched into the night.
